Simply strap your iPhone or iPod Touch to your arm in order to let Exercise Coach guide you and keep you on track and focused for your workout. With all modes, Sit-ups, Push-ups, and Bicep curls, you will be able to strengthen core muscle groups and continually increase reps to reach desired fitness targets.
The Sit-up mode will keep you focused to get the toned abs you're looking for.
Bicep curl, Tricep curl, and Push-up modes will allow you to achieve definition for core muscle groups.
Lunges and Leg Lift modes will ensure you get a full upper-body and lower-body workout.
Exercise Coach will be your personal trainer and will give verbal coaching as you complete your workout.
Exercise Coach requires arm band accessory. Possible arm band manufacturers include Z Cover, Belkin, Marware, and InCase.
